By continuing to use the Cnnect App (“App”), I consent and give the necessary permission to Cnnect the Dots (Pty) Ltd t/a Cnnect (Pty) Ltd (the Company) to collect, use and disclose (i.e processing of) my personal information on the terms and conditions set out in the Company’s Privacy Policy.
I acknowledge that I understand the purposes for which my personal information is required and for which it will be used. In the event that I use the App on behalf of a juristic person, I confirm that I am duly authorised to provide the Company with the necessary consent to process such company/close corporation’s information. I understand my right to privacy and the right to have my personal information processed in accordance with the conditions for the lawful processing of personal information.
I hereby consent that I understand that third parties will have access to my personal information, and I hereby consent to the Company sharing my personal information strictly in so far as it is necessary to enable the Company to provide the necessary services and/or products to me. I understand that, should I refuse to provide the Company with the required consent and/or information, the Company will be unable to assist me with the necessary services as requested.
I further understand that all my personal information which I provide to the Company will be held and/or stored securely for the purpose for which it was collected.
